Rental Agreement — Terms & Conditions

Delivery & Pickup Window. Driver times are approximate. A driver may arrive up to two (2) hours early on the rental date and may pick up as late as 10:00 PM at the end of the rental period.
Supervision. Customer must stay with all equipment until it is picked up by our representative or other arrangements have been made.

1. Safety / Operating Instructions

   Customer acknowledges that safety and operating instructions are posted on delivered equipment and agrees to read and follow them at all times. No operator is provided by us; customer is solely responsible for correct and safe operation.

   • Children’s safety depends on continuous, correct supervision and use.
   • Do not move any staked/sandbagged equipment after setup.
   • Keep equipment away from pools/water. Do not operate electrical equipment near water.
   • Customer understands there is inherent risk and agrees to follow all safety rules and assume all risks.
   • Do not permit operation by anyone not instructed on safe use or when equipment needs repair or is unsafe.

2. Weather

   We may cancel or reschedule prior to delivery if severe weather is imminent (e.g., high winds, excessive rain, snow, lightning) or if users/equipment may be in danger.

   If severe weather occurs during the rental: unplug the inflatable, allow it to deflate, and do not use until conditions improve. No refunds once setup is complete.

3. Delivery

   We deliver to the address specified by the customer. Customer grants access for delivery, setup (if any), and pickup at approximately the specified times.

4. Care of Rental Equipment

   Customer is responsible for all damage not caused by ordinary wear and tear (“normal deterioration from reasonable use”). Customer is liable for non-ordinary damage up to full replacement value, including cuts/tears, overturning, overloading, improper use, abuse, lack of cleaning, or contamination (chemicals, paint, silly string, mud, clay, food, etc.).

5. Equipment Problems

   If equipment malfunctions or instructions are unclear, stop use immediately. If an inflatable deflates:

   1. Check if the blower motor stopped; confirm the power cord is plugged in.
   2. If the motor runs, check the blower intake for blockage and tighten rear air tubes.
   3. If corrected, fully reinflate before allowing use.
   4. If unresolved, call 615-200-0416.

6. Inflatable Rules & Warnings

   • Follow all posted safety and operating instructions.
   • Adult supervision is required at all times.
   • No silly string. A $50.00 fee applies if damage occurs.
   • Use extra caution with children age 3 and under.
   • Wind: Do not use if winds exceed 20 MPH. Have all users exit, unplug blower, and let unit deflate.
   • Individuals with injuries, musculoskeletal issues, pregnant women, small infants, etc., are not permitted to use the unit.
   • Do not move the unit from its setup location. If it shifts, re-position and re-secure.
   • Prevent the unit from rubbing against any surface.

7. Cancellation Policy

   Contact our office by 5:00 PM the day before your event to cancel. There is no charge for cancellations made by this deadline.

8. Customer Acknowledgment

   Customer certifies they have read and understand this Agreement and agree to be bound by its terms. Customer warrants they are authorized to accept delivery and sign this Agreement.
