Yes, for qualified applicants. First, you must place your order to get your exact total. Second, you must visit this link and follow the instructions: APPLY FOR FINANCING. Once approved you will call our office with the temporary card number they provide you. PLEASE NOTE: There is no refund if you use this service! This means, if you decide to cancel your event after you have paid through the financing option, you WILL NOT be refunded! However, you can reschedule at no charge. If you have any additional questions regarding payment options please contact our office. For all other questions regarding financing, please contact the Square Installments Team.
That depends on how many rentals we have that day. Generally we arrive 30 min. - 5 hours before the rental time begins. If we have a lot of rentals that day, we may need to set up as early as 5 hours in advance.
No. We thrive to keep our inflatables as clean as possible. With back to back party days its hard to clean our inflatables overnight. In that case ,our delivery crew will clean on spot.
Yes. A blower keeps air in the inflatable unit the entire time. Once unplugged they deflate. That´s why we require an outlet within 50´ of the unit or a generator. Longer cords can pop your circuit breaker so we bring our own heavy duty cords.
We provide extension cords as long as the setup location is within 80 feet from the power source. We no longer provide water hoses for water inflatables or tarps.
We do set up in parks/ community centers but there is an additional $50 charge for that service.
Weather is something that neither one of us can control. You reserve the right to cancel by 3 pm the evening before your event at no charge. If we get to your location and set up and it rains during your event there is no refund. ALL SALES ARE FINAL!!! If cancelation is required, any payments/deposits can be recorded for a later date, but ARE NOT REFUNDABLE!
Cash or Debit/Credit Cards. If paying by cash, please have exact change as our drivers do not carry cash. Please note there is a 6% charge for all card tranacations.
Please call our Office by 5 pm the evening before, to cancel. If the inflatable is delivered and you decide to cancel, there will be no refund issued. CANCELLING BY 5 PM KEEPS OUR DRIVERS FROM LOADING UP ALL OF YOUR EQUIPMENT AND PREPARING YOUR PAPERWORK. PLEASE BE CONSIDERATE. ALL SALES ARE FINAL!!! Check the requirements listed with each inflatable. Also, make sure you have at least a 4´ access to the area where it will be set up. The inflatables can weigh up to 650 pounds so we need a clear path with ample room. We do flip over fences, steep hills, or stairs.
We can set up on Grass (the safest and best for the kids), dirt, asphalt, concrete, and gym areas. Sorry, we can´t set up on any type of rocks as the constant rubbing will wear through the vinyl inflatables.

Yes and no. You are not responsible for normal wear and tear on our units. Seams may develop tears in high traffic areas over a period of time. If this happens please alert us at once so we can remedy the situation. If however, damage occurs due to failure to follow our safety rules or negligence (i.e. not turning off the blower in high winds) you will be responsible for all damages up to and including replacement of the unit/blower etc which can cost thousands of dollars. We don´t want you or us to be in that situation which is why we have you sign and initial on all of our safety rules so that you can be the trained operator.

Rental Agreement — Terms & Conditions
Delivery & Pickup Window. Driver times are approximate. A driver may arrive up to two (2) hours early on the rental date and may pick up as late as 10:00 PM at the end of the rental period.
Supervision. Customer must stay with all equipment until it is picked up by our representative or other arrangements have been made.
Customer acknowledges that safety and operating instructions are posted on delivered equipment and agrees to read and follow them at all times. No operator is provided by us; customer is solely responsible for correct and safe operation.
We may cancel or reschedule prior to delivery if severe weather is imminent (e.g., high winds, excessive rain, snow, lightning) or if users/equipment may be in danger.
If severe weather occurs during the rental: unplug the inflatable, allow it to deflate, and do not use until conditions improve. No refunds once setup is complete.
We deliver to the address specified by the customer. Customer grants access for delivery, setup (if any), and pickup at approximately the specified times.
Customer is responsible for all damage not caused by ordinary wear and tear (“normal deterioration from reasonable use”). Customer is liable for non-ordinary damage up to full replacement value, including cuts/tears, overturning, overloading, improper use, abuse, lack of cleaning, or contamination (chemicals, paint, silly string, mud, clay, food, etc.).
If equipment malfunctions or instructions are unclear, stop use immediately. If an inflatable deflates:

Customer certifies they have read and understand this Agreement and agree to be bound by its terms. Customer warrants they are authorized to accept delivery and sign this Agreement.
