Frequently Asked Questions

Q: Does the price on the website include set up and delivery?

A: No, other additional fees will be taxes and delivery. Setup is included. 

Q: Do you deliver to other cities?

A: Yes, please refer to Delivery Rates

Q: Do you offer financing for the rental?

A: Yes, for qualified applicants. First, you must place your order to get your exact total. Second, you must visit this link and follow the instructions: APPLY FOR FINANCING. Once approved you will call our office with the temporary card number they provide you. PLEASE NOTE: There is no refund if you use this service! This means, if you decide to cancel your event after you have paid through the financing option, you WILL NOT be refunded! However, you can reschedule at no charge. If you have any additional questions regarding payment options please contact our office. For all other questions regarding financing, please contact the Square Installments Team.

Q: When do you set up?

A: That depends on how many rentals we have that day. Generally we arrive 30 min. - 5 hours before the rental time begins. If we have a lot of rentals that day, we may need to set up as early as 5 hours in advance. 

Q: We've rented some really dirty inflatables from other companies in the past. Are they always that dirty?

A: No. We thrive to keep our inflatables as clean as possible. With back to back party days its hard to clean our inflatables over night. In that case our delivery crew will clean on spot.

Q: Do we have to keep it plugged in the entire time?

A: Yes. A blower keeps air in the inflatable unit the entire time. Once unplugged they deflate. That´s why we require an outlet within 50´ of the unit or a generator. Longer cords can pop your circuit breaker so we bring our own heavy duty cords.

Q: Do you provide tarps, extension cords, and water hoses?

A: We provide extension cords as long as the setup location is within 80 feet from the power source. We no longer provide water hoses for water inflatables or tarps.

Q: What about parks? Do parks have electricity? 

A: We no longer set up at parks or community centers.

Q: What is your weather policy?

A: Weather is something that neither one of us can control. You reserve the right to cancel by 3 pm the evening before your event at no charge. If we get to your location and set up and it rains during your event there is no refund.

Q: What payments do you take?

A: Cash or Debit/Credit Cards. If paying by cash, please have exact change as our drivers do not carry cash. Please note there is a 6% charge for all card tranacations.

Q: What if we need to cancel?

A: Please call our Office by 5 pm the evening before, to cancel. If the inflatable is delivered and you decide to cancel, there will be no refund issued. IF YOU CANCEL AFTER 5 PM, YOU ARE OUT OF COMPLIANCE WITH THE CANCELLATION PROTOCOL.  THEREFORE, YOU WILL NO LONGER BE ABLE TO RENT FROM US. CANCELLING BY 5 PM KEEPS OUR DRIVERS FROM LOADING UP ALL OF YOUR EQUIPMENT AND PREPARING YOUR PAPERWORK.  PLEASE BE CONSIDERATE. 

Q: Do you require a deposit?

A: No. There is no deposit required. However, we reserve the right to make a change to this rule at anytime.

Q:  Is Deposit Refundable?: 

 A:  We do not require a deposit. However, if the time comes, and a deposit is required, it will be non refundable.


Q: How big are the inflatables?

A: The dimensions of each inflatable are listed next to the pictures. When in doubt, measure your space to make sure it will fit. Inflatables need room to be staked and they need room for the blower and can´t rub against walls or trees as this may damage the inflatable.  The sizes listed with each inflatable include the space needed for stakes etc. If you have stairs or a tiered backyard, please call our office to discuss options for setup.

Q: What about the big inflatables? Any special requirements?

A: Check the requirements listed with each inflatable. Also, make sure you have at least a 4´ access to the area where it will be set up. The inflatables can weigh up to 650 pounds so we need a clear path with ample room. We do flip over fences, steep hills, or stairs.

Q: What surfaces do you set up on?

A: We can set up on Grass (the safest and best for the kids), dirt, asphalt, concrete, and gym areas. Sorry, we can´t set up on any type of rocks as the constant rubbing will wear through the vinyl inflatables. 

Q: Can we see a copy of your contract and safety rules?

A: Yes. There is a link in your receipt once you've ordered or you may contact our office.

Q: Are we responsible for the unit if it gets a tear or damaged in any way?

A: Yes and no.  You are not responsible for normal wear and tear on our units.  Seams may develop tears in high traffic areas over a period of time.  If this happens please alert us at once so we can remedy the situation.  If however, damage occurs due to failure to follow our safety rules or negligence (i.e. not turning off the blower in high winds) you will be responsible for all damages up to and including replacement of the unit/blower etc which can cost thousands of dollars.  We don´t want you or us to be in that situation which is why we have you sign and initial on all of our safety rules so that you can be the trained operator.
